smalks.com is a marketing site: it describes the house, introduces creators and brands we work with, and points people toward access@smalks.com if they want to reach us. There is no account, no signup, and no payment flow on this site. These terms cover that narrow scope.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse, read, and share links to this site. Don't scrape it at scale, try to break it, or use it to send us anything unlawful or abusive. Content on this site (copy, imagery, the Smalks name and mark) belongs to Smalks unless otherwise noted, and isn't licensed for your own commercial reuse.
No guarantees
This site is provided as-is. We keep it up and keep it accurate on a best-effort basis, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or current. Reaching out via access@smalks.com doesn't itself create any agreement, partnership, or representation — those are separate conversations with separate paperwork.
If you become a partner
If a referral or an inquiry through this site turns into an actual creator partnership or brand collaboration, that relationship is governed by whatever agreement you sign at that point (and runs through our partner systems, not this marketing site) — not by this page.

What this site collects and how you can opt out is covered separately on the privacy page, not here.
Changes
We may update this page as the site changes. We'll keep it short and dated changes won't be dramatized with a changelog — check back if you want the latest version.
